Museums
Presentation No doubt this museum is one of the richest in Belgium. Its Gallo-Roman lapidary gallery is unique as well for the quantity as for the quality of its monuments, indeed more than 425 sculptures coming from tombstones and civilian buildings are gathered there. About 60 huge fragments carved on several faces are displayed there. From the point of view of "Roman sculpture" the Museum of Arlon is the first of our country. But near this section, remarkable collections of pottery works and objects of all sorts, linked with the Gallo-Roman civilisation are worth seeing.
